These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mdsrmagesh.com and the consulting services booked through it. By booking a session you accept these Terms.

1. Who we are

The service is operated by MDSR Magesh ("we", "us"), an independent business consulting practice based in Chennai, India. Sessions are delivered by MDSR Magesh personally.

2. What you are buying

A pre-defined consulting session of a fixed duration, at a fixed price, on a scheduled date and time. Sessions are conducted over video call. The meeting link is shared by email and within the booking system before the session.

3. Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received through Razorpay.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• A reserved slot is held for ten (10) minutes pending payment. If payment is not completed within ten minutes, the slot is released.
• By making a payment, you confirm that the payment details belong to you or that you have authority to use them.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation by you

• You may reschedule a confirmed session up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled time by emailing or WhatsApp-ing us — see Contact below.
• Sessions cancelled or moved with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may not be refundable.

5. Cancellation by us

If we need to cancel or move a session because of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a free reschedule or a full refund at your choice.

6. Session conduct

• Sessions start at the scheduled time. If you join more than fifteen (15) minutes late without prior notice, the session may be treated as completed and no refund will be due.
• Recording the session is permitted only with mutual consent.
• You agree to be on a stable internet connection in a setting where you can have a focused business conversation.

7. Scope of advice

MDSR Magesh shares experience-based business guidance. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or licensed professional advice. Decisions you take based on the discussion are your own responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, materials shared during sessions, and frameworks discussed remain the intellectual property of MDSR Magesh. You may use them inside your own business but may not republish, resell, or distribute them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any session is limited to the amount you paid for that specific session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim arising from your misuse of the service, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
